
Service Coordinator

As a Service Coordinator, you will work with clients to provide quality service and ensure clients get the services they need.
The Service Coordinator is often the initial contact, so having good people skills is a must.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work with Service Support Executive to assess the service needs of customers and provide them with the best solution the company can offer
- Assess client issues and work with Service Support Executive to provide recommendations to fix problems
- Maintain good relationship with all service providers, suppliers and sub contractors to ensure such resources can be called upon readily to support customer’s needs.
- Be prepared to respond to customer’s needs beyond regular office hours
- Process service orders
- Work closely with engineers and subcontractors to ensure job completion success
**Requirements**:
- Fresh graduates welcome to apply
- Previous administrative experience preferred
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- High quality organizational skills
- The ability to work well under pressure and to multitask
- Driven and Self motivated
**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
