Position Overview
- Manage human resource dept to provide support and service to the Southeast Asia Team
- To maintain a smooth employee relationship by positive and timely communication.
- Provide coach team members in daily work.
- Manage remuneration including salary, benefits and incentive plan comply to company C& B policy for SEA countries.
- Cooperate with internal and external audit, make C&B procedure comply with state and company requirement.

Regularly review and update job descriptions with department managers to achieve an optimized organization.
- Follow the on-board training & probation performance review to reduce the turnover rate. Keep communication with new employees to improve employee’s engagement to the organization.
- Drive ER projects through active participation and contribution to enhance the HR impact to improve the organization effectiveness and business performance.
- Support line managers to do PIP for low performer by providing proper training, process control, in process audit, etc.

Qualifications and Experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree or above
- Above 10 years work experience in HR field. Inclusive of managerial experience of at least 3 years.
- Fluent English and Chinese in written and oral.
- Proficient use of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of remuneration, recruitment, training & development, employee relationship in SEA countries
- Experience in multi-national corporations or where parent company resides in another country.
