**Job Description Summary**:
This role will provide HR leadership for GE Aviation in the Asia Pacific region (APAC) across the Commercial organizations, and offer broader HR leadership support for business leaders and HRMs with organizational presence in the APAC region to drive standard process and ensure adherence to local country requirements. GE Aviation has begun an exciting journey of reimagining sustainable future of air travel. The HR leader will provide strategic direction and partnership on scaling the organization and developing talent and culture across the region to best support our employees and our customers.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Act as a Senior leadership partner who develops & executes organization-level HR strategies to align structure, culture & talent with business goals
- Provide leadership, direction, and expertise for the full scope of HR function and GE HR processes including recruiting and selection, performance management, succession planning, talent management, employee relations, employee compensation, employee engagement
- Ensure client managers establish a commitment to compliance and safety and communicate the importance of meeting statutory, regulatory and customer requirements
- Be an employee advocate and strive for excellence in HR delivery
- Lead others to find creative solutions to address complex problems that may impact the organization.
- Ability to evaluate quality of information received and questions conflicting data for analysis.
- Lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity.
**Required Qualifications**:
- 10 - 15 years of experience in HR Business partnership and/or Organization and Talent Development
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree from an accredited university or college
