Internal Sales Executive

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Supporting the sales team to manage the existing customers and developing a strong B2B relationship.
- Prepare monthly sales reports to the Sales Manger.
- Work with internal service departments, to ensure a superior customer service.
- Act as an ambassador and role model for our Company & Brand.
- Assist in achieving sales revenue, profitability and sales growth targets.
- To assist the internal supply Chain in accurate forecasting or orders/stocks.
- To proactively manage clients & follow-up to ensure timely delivery of goods and services has been provided.
- To support customers on Quality Claim Management issues.
**Applicants must have the following skills & attributes**
- 1 - 2 years of experience in industrial / engineering sales (preferably from within the hydraulic industry).
- Simple technical/mechanical knowledge.
- Strong (bilingual English & Mandarin) communication skills is essential as to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates.]
- Dynamic, resourceful & result oriented
- Good team player with integrity, interpersonal, organization and time management skills.
- Good in writing, documentation, coordination and analytical skills,
- Constantly striving to offer the highest levels of customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in MS Office / Excel and some basic experience in working within an ERP system (knowledge of Microsoft AX is an advantage).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, with awareness of deadlines.
- Result oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit.
