Description:

- Point of contact and BIM expert responsible for the development, implementation and management of BIM Execution Plan, BIM strategies, processes, and standards for his discipline/area of design works
- Coordinate with project stakeholders including but not limited to the client, specialist consultants, internal consultants of other disciplines and Contractors on BIM
- Oversee appropriate data flow internally and externally. Validate the level of detail, modeling content and quality control before the release or exchange of the model with other parties
- Participate in design and model coordination meetings and review sessions

Qualification:

- **Diploma, Higher NITEC or NITEC** in the respective disciplines (architecture, civil & structural engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering) or other relevant fields, good interpersonal skills, meticulous and independence, have pleasant disposition and effective communication skills
- **Minimum 4 years of BIM coordination or BIM management experience **in:

- Design, engineering, or construction firm or a large project
- **Tier 3 Digital Delivery Management** (DDM) Accreditation by buildingSMART Singapore (bSS)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
