**Key Responsibilities**
- Create detailed **BIM models** for electrical systems, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
- Produce **shop drawings** and **as-built drawings** for electrical systems, including **lighting, power distribution**, and **cabling systems**.
- Coordinate and manage electrical system data within the BIM model.
- Assist with the **planning** and **coordination** of electrical installations, ensuring all models and drawings are properly integrated with the overall project design.
- Support project teams in **scheduling, budgeting**, and **project planning** by providing accurate BIM data and reports.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that electrical systems are correctly integrated into the broader building design.
- Maintain consistent **quality control** of BIM models, ensuring accuracy and compliance with **industry standards** and **company protocols**.
- Participate in **meetings** with clients, project managers, and other team members to discuss project progress and model revisions.

**Requirements**:

- **Diploma/Degree** in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
- Proven experience with **BIM software** such as **Revit** for electrical systems.
- Experience in creating **electrical drawings** and understanding of **electrical systems** design and installation.
- Knowledge of **BIM standards** and **best practices** in the construction industry.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to **maintain accuracy** under tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with various stakeholders.
- Experience working in the **subcontracting** environment is preferred.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,800.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
