**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, fire alarm, and other electrical components.
- Collaborate with electrical engineers, architects, and other disciplines to ensure accurate coordination and integration of electrical designs.
- Create detailed electrical drawings, including layouts, schematics, single-line diagrams, and panel schedules.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts between electrical systems and other building systems.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation and design specifications.
- Maintain and update BIM models as per project changes and revisions.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, standards, and regulations in all electrical designs.
- Work closely with project managers to meet project timelines and deliverables.
- Conduct quality checks on BIM models and drawings to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Coordinate with project teams to resolve technical issues during the design and construction phases.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
- Proven experience with BIM software, particularly Revit (Electrical), AutoCAD, and other related tools.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems design, installation, and coordination.
- Experience with clash detection and resolution in a BIM environment.
- Familiarity with local building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,800.00 per month
