Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for the internal project kick-off and client kick-off, ensuring the full hand-over from Audit and Engineering to enable Project start
- Create and execute project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Solicit feedback from Procurement, Audit and Engineering regarding feasibility of project schedule and budget
- Responsible for material procurement, warehousing on site
- Work closely with the Procurement team to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods
- Conduct project progress reports, client updates and drive internal and clients’ progress meetings
- Prepare risk assessment and method statements
- Provide ongoing cost and estimate analysis reporting; manage allocation of costs
- Monitor all phases of projects to ensure alignment with budgets and estimates, making team aware of issues, coordinating adjustments to achieve projected objectives
- Execute projects with mínimal supervision within budget & schedule
- Drive completion of OMM and client documentation for hand-over
- Ensure smooth transition to Customer Service and Asset Management teams for commissioning and performance work
- Manage sub-contractor and ensure work compliance with specification
- Identify issues and escalate to Project Management team well ahead of time
- Ensure project documents are complete and stored appropriately
- Comply with and help to enforce standard policies and procedures
- Responsible for working safely and meeting EHS regulations on site
- Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
- Develop and maintain viable long-term relationships with subcontractors

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or MSc degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering
- Knowledge on HVAC controls and Start
- Delta and Auto Transformer starters.
- Qualification in refrigeration and air-conditioning and energy management will be an added advantage
- Design knowledge of piping and ducting according to ASHRAE Standards an added advantage
- Project management certifications a plus e.g. PMP
- Managed chiller systems installation and chiller systems replacements projects.
- Well-versed in safety and construction regulations with respect to chiller system installation
