As Consultant, EUC & Service Desk, you will be responsible for leading and driving technical transformation initiatives to maintain cost competitiveness and boost employee productivity within the Service Desk and End User Computing department. The broad area of your job responsibilities will cover the following:

- Identify and evaluate technological options for streamlining operation processes, boost customer experience, conduct needs assessments and cost/benefit analysis
- Understand operations, remote support models and actively engage with various IT departments to drive, manage business objectives
- Introduce automation tools and derive new initiatives for the operations, improve management of resources with reduced manual handling and towards increased productivity.
- Consistently review client facing communication mediums and derive effective continuous improvement, sustainable and scalable strategies.
- Frequently review and update training materials to ensure validity and relevance.
- Assist the manager to streamline and standardization of operation processes across the different departments.
