The Centre for Micro and Nano-Electronics, School of Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore is seeking to hire a responsible project officer to support the research for the project titled: “Multispectral Nanophotonics for Sustainability”.


**Job Description**:
The Project Officer will work on a project to conduct the research on development of nanophotonic structures for optical computations. The roles of this position include:
- Conduct research and develop theoretical models for nanophotonics interacting with structured materials-
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and contribute to joint research projects

Job Requirements:
- BSc in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field with focus on Many-body physics. The higher degree such as MSc or PhD with the excellent publication records will be preferred- Experience in matlab, MEEP, RCWA and other softwares and algorithms- Good understanding of metamaterials, metasurfaces and optical computations- Strong knowledge of optical physics, while experimental experience would be preferred- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently, manage projects, and meet deadlines- Effective communication and presentation skills- Attention to detail and commitment to scientific rigor
