**VP, FUND OPERATIONS**

We are looking for an experienced **Fund Operations Manager **to join our Singapore headquarters as part of our dynamic team of talented, fun-loving individuals.

**What we offer**:

- Lead fund operations team and manage fund operational tasks related to asset management products including investor transactions, capital calls, cash management/projections and NAV reconciliation and review
- Build Excel-based valuation models to estimate fund NAV and ensure accurate fund accounting books and records
- Derive and analyse target operating model and operational requirements for new fund products offering, including tokenization of fund products
- Assist with fund launches, bank account opening and appointment of key service providers
- Perform user acceptance testing and set up operational controls and processes
- Drive annual audit process with a good understanding of the internal control environment and act as main point of liaison with the auditors for fund operations matters
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and manage external service providers (i.e. fund administrators, corporate secretaries, legal counsels, fund board of directors, investment committee, etc.)
- Support submissions of regulatory reports and filings
- Backup coverage for operational tasks related to digital asset brokerage and custody and SIS-issued products.

**What you offer**:

- Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in fund administration or fund operations
- Bachelor's degree in finance or business preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and handle complex queries
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Excellent written, verbal communication skills and stakeholder management skills
- Good working knowledge of MS office(Excel), VBA skills and any automation tools
- Strong ownership, relentlessly resourceful, enjoys working within an entrepreneurial environment
- Strong interest in or knowledge of crypto currencies and blockchain
