At KeaBabies, we are on a mission to inspire and support parents in nurturing their little ones. As part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing features for our internal ERP system. Your expertise in C# and modern development practices will be instrumental in designing, building, and implementing new functionalities, integrating services, and ensuring the system’s performance and scalability. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will deliver high-quality features that align with business needs and optimize internal processes. Your adaptability to evolving requirements and commitment to continuous improvement will drive the success of our ERP system.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and optimize data pipelines, ensuring data quality, consistency, and scalability on Azure.
- Transform data from various resources into the system for integration and analysis.
- Ensure data security and compliance by implementing best practices for data handling, storage, and access management.
- Troubleshoot, test, and maintain core websites and databases to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
- Write efficient, reusable, and scalable code using C#, Blazor, and Telerik.
- Document and communicate solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Strong proficiency in C# and.NET development, with experience in.NET 6 or above.
- Expertise in processing and transforming data from various file formats (e.g., Excel, CSV, TXT).
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and code versioning.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large data sets.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
