**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Overview**:

- Custodio Technologies Pte Ltd. a Cyber R&D Innovation Centre, based in Singapore, is searching for a Software Engineer to be part of its team of passionate cyber security professionals and researchers.
- Custodio Technologies engages in novel and innovative research, with the goal of developing technologies into fully-fledged customer-grade solutions for implementation in Singapore and aboard. Focusing on active defense approaches, it spearheads R&D activities in the field of cyber early warning as well as cybercrime prevention, forensics, and investigation for Law Enforcement Agencies.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with researchers to develop cybersecurity products.
- Adopt and build up the knowledge to be a domain expert in a specific field of cybersecurity.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, identify bugs, and implement effective debugging and testing strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of the software.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the design and implementation of scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, and ensure timely and successful completion of projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, working closely with the support team to provide timely solutions.
- Continuously improve software development practices, processes, and methodologies, driving innovation and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, working with multiple programming languages and domains.
- Strong proficiency in at least three programming languages, such as C#, Go, Python, Nodejs.
- Front-end Frameworks (React, Next.js, jQuery, Bootstrap).
- Databases (MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Unit Testing (Supertest, Pytest).
- Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software projects on time and within budget.
- Passion for learning new technologies and staying up to date with industry advancements.
- Cyber security domain related experience is an added advantage.
- Diploma, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Engineering/Science preferred.
