Orchard, Singapore Management Resources Consultants (MRC-Asia) Full time

**The Job**:

- **Consulting Projects**: Gather and analyze data, interview clients and contribute to consulting project recommendations. Acquire, clean and visualize data in Excel and PowerPoint effectively.
- **Data Analytics**: Review data integrity and source of our big data repository. Verify correlations and inflection points detected in data through fact-finding. Contribute facts to support monthly publication content and carry out surveys among clients to produce insights reports.
- **Client Servicing**: Attend to client questions about our product and data with enthusiasm. Exude clear business sense and being able to articulate global business trends using our heuristics.
- **Marketing and events**: Support all marketing activities and events by helping with the preparation of materials and logistics of external group meetings, training, and symposiums.
- **Introducing our products and services**. Participate in selling activities and client presentations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher with in a **quantitative discipline** such as Engineering, Business Analytics, Statistics or equivalent
- 0-1 year’s work experience (fresh graduates with strong academics are welcome to apply)
- Fluent in verbal and written Chinese (Mandarin) a plus, as work involves contact with China clients.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint are a **MUST** (complex nested functions, multi-dimensional lookups, advanced filtering, data analysis, pivot tables, advanced charting, etc.)
- Experience with VBA, Python and Power BI (advantageous)
- Willingness to travel on projects
