CMA Ships is also a team of experts responsible for implementing innovative solutions and making CMA CGM vessels more energy efficient.

With CMA CGM’s commitment to accelerate our digital transformation, we have a requirement to recruit an experienced IT Business Analyst Expert for CMA Ships.

**Your main Responsibility include, but not limited to**:
Application Support

Analsye the root cause, resolve the data management issues and propose permanent fix (if applicable).
Document issues, observations and outcomes accurately to escalate issues as required in vendors incident management tool and to ensure the resolution within the SLA.
Maintain and create documentation for technical troubleshooting and best practices.
Maintain understanding of company business processes.

Product Management

Identify, capture and translate business requirements for technical discussion.
Prioritise business needs with Business Stakeholders on the release of functionalities.
Document the feedback, suggestions and business requirements via the dedicated change management tool.
Monitor product development to ensure consistency against business requirements.
Perform functional test on product and coordinate User Acceptance Test with business users.

**Minimum Requirement**:
**To be suitable for this role, you should have**:
Good knowlege of maritime operational constraints will be preferred.

Strong analytical, multi-tasking and organisation skills.

Effective verbal, written and presentation skills
Ability to work both independently and in a team-based environment.
Goal oriented and self-motivated.

**This role is only opened for Singaporeans only.

We will only consider applicants who have received, or are willing to receive by the date of recruitment, the full regimen of a WHO EUL vaccine (examples include Pfizer-BioNTech/COMIRNATY, Moderna, Sinovac-CoronaVac, and AstraZeneca). Proof of vaccination will be required.
