Business Analysis Role Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team as a business analyst. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in business processes and process re-engineering.

  • Mandatory Skills:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or Computer Science;
    • At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in delivering and supporting IT applications;
    • Proven track record in gathering requirements, performing gap analysis, and preparing documentation;
    • Demonstrated understanding of business needs with a strong interest in business process analysis and re-engineering;
    • Foundational knowledge of SQL, including the ability to write and understand queries;
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders;
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to develop innovative solutions.
  • Desired Skills:
    • Experience in Hospitality/Leisure-based applications;
    • CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certified.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with business users/product owners to gather business requirements, support multiple application systems and platforms;
  • Translate business needs to ensure developers and business users have a common understanding;
  • Articulate business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications;
  • Create and execute testing plans and coordinate User Acceptance Test (UAT);
  • Track and report project progress, issues, and risks to ensure timely delivery of project milestones;
  • Concurrently support multiple application systems and platforms;
  • Adhere to organization and project standards & guidelines.
