**Roles & Responsibilities**

Are you ready to bring your skills and competencies to support the establishment and enhancement of BCD Travel Singapore's People & Culture division? If yes, you might be exactly the new team member we are looking for.**
As a Senior Manager, People & Culture, Singapore, you will have overall responsibility for the Singapore entity People & Culture function, and be part of the Singapore leadership team to develop the HR strategy to support the business strategy.
You will also be part of the regional People & Culture leadership team, along with the other national People & Culture leaders to drive global and regional alignment and initiatives to meet the overall global corporate goals.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Partner with business clients to ensure superior operations and business outcomes, as well as facilitate change both organizationally and culturally
- Advise management of risks associated with current business practices and recommend improvements by providing expertise to management in employee relations, employee motivation and local employment laws
- Maintain a positive work environment by focusing on employee engagement, building superior first line management capability and employee communications
- Develop and implement People & Culture programs and policies in alignment with global and regional guidelines
- Review, formulate & implement short & long-term People & Culture policies, procedures and strategies in fast growing and changing environment
- Oversee People & Culture initiatives supporting employees including performance appraisals, promotions, competency development and rewards and recognition etc.
- Provide oversight of People & Culture operational and office administration matters for the Singapore business
**We're looking for you if your profile matches the following**:
- Degree holder in relevant discipline
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years of supervisory role in an MNC environment
- Demonstrate highest level of ethical behaviour and strong business acumen
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a high-paced and ambiguous environment, and think out of the box
- Excellent time management, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated and service-oriented
