**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute trading strategies in the aromatics market to optimize profitability.
- Manage and cultivate relationships with existing clients while actively exploring new business opportunities.
- Implement effective risk management strategies tailored to the aromatics sector.
- Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and relevant news in the petrochemicals domain.
- Bring in and expand your own book of business, contributing to the overall growth of the trading desk.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of trades and adherence to company policies.
- Meet and exceed performance targets, showcasing strategic thinking in aromatics trading.
- Perform derivatives hedging.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in petrochemicals trading, with a specialization in aromatics.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Strong network and market knowledge in the petrochemicals, specifically aromatics, sector.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- Sound understanding of risk management principles specific to the aromatics market.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic trading environment.
