Our client is in the Oil & Gas industry, currently seeks a Petrochemical Trader to join their expanding team.

Reporting to the General Manager, the incumbent will be working in a team of 8 staffs. He / She will be responsible for developing and executing physical trading strategies and driving profitability in petrochemical products across international markets. This role requires extensive hands-on experience in physical trading, strong market knowledge, established industry relationships, and the ability to identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities while managing risk.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of proven physical trading experience in petrochemicals
  • Strong track record in generating profits and managing risk within international markets.
  • Excellent understanding of global petrochemical market dynamics, supply chains, and trade flows.
  • Established network of industry contacts (suppliers, customers, and logistics partners).
  • Knowledge of hedging instruments and risk management practices.
  • Willingness to travel as required for business development and client relationship management.
