**About The Role**
As the **Corporate Sales Manager**, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with 3rd-party insurance providers such as Prudential, Bupa, Cigna, etc. You will drive new business growth while maintaining excellent custodianship to existing partners.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Business Development**:Identify, engage, and secure partnerships with third-party insurance providers and corporate clients to drive healthcare revenue growth
- **Account Management**:Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with insurance agencies and stakeholders to ensure long-term collaboration and success
- **Sales Strategy**:Execute sales plans aligned with the Head of Sales & Marketing's strategy to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- **Hunter Mentality**:Proactively pursue new opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into successful partnerships.
- **Client Solutions**:Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their healthcare offerings.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:Serve as the key liaison between clients, insurers, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- **Reporting**:Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, client satisfaction, and market trends.
**Experience Required**:
- Prior experience working with 3rd party insurers (e.g. Prudential, Bupa, Cigna, etc.) or corporate insurance sales is essential.
- Experience in healthcare, hospitals, or medical service sales will be highly **advantageous.**:
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets with a hunter mentality and proactive approach to business development.
- Strong ability to negotiate and navigate multi-party agreements to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Ability to analyze client needs, develop solutions and tailor them efficiently to clients needs.
- Familiarity with CRM systems eg. Salesforce and data analytics to uncover new opportunities for growth, and allow for structured forecasting.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to engage clients and present tailored solutions.
- Ability to converse and write effectively in Chinese to communicate with potential Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
**Education/Qualification**
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- Additional certifications or training in insurance, sales, will be a plus.
