**Overview**

We are looking for a **Youth Pastor **to take over our current group **(~25 kids aged 12-17) **as we rearrange our staff roles.

- a global family of churches seeking to model the spirituality, vision, and partnership exemplified in the book of Acts. We are committed to developing disciples of Christ within our churches, as well as spreading the gospel message to unreached people through church planting and mission work.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Lead the Youth Group ministry (ages 12-17) to disciple children and parents through sound teaching and genuine relationships
- Recruit, train, and equip teachers and helpers
- Co-develop and implement steps to execute the church’s vision, direction and plans within Youth Group

**Requirements**:

- Able to work up to 40 hours during the week (including on Sundays) and when necessary some Saturdays
- Humble, open, collaborative, and team-oriented in working style
- Servant’s heart, willingness to grow, and positive attitude towards ambiguous challenges
- Pastoral heart for people with an ability to connect with people from different cultures and backgrounds
- Training/experience as a Youth Group leader
- Relevant full time pastoral or ministry of experience of at least 1 year or more
- Theological education from an accredited institution

**Skills**
- Strong communication and multicultural interpersonal skills
- Strong administrative, planning, organising, and execution abilities,
- Basic computer skills in using Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace tools
- Ability to work well with youths age 12 to 17
- Ability to build relationships with parents

**Salary**

$3,500-$4,700 Monthly commensurate w/ experience
