Remote, Singapore Career Edge Asia Pte Ltd Full time

$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours

Location: East

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure vendors’ invoices are checked appropriately to the supporting documents and recorded into system accurately and timely.
- Ensure Statement of Accounts are received from vendors and monthly reconciliation are performed to identify irregularities.
- Keeping track of all cheques issued out and maintain petty cash reports.
- Assist in review of payments to vendors.
- Preparing monthly Accounts Payables reports as required by management.
- Assist to prepare documents and answer queries required by external auditors in yearly financial audit.
- Investigate and resolve any irregularities or enquiries by vendors or Project Managers.
- All other ad-hoc administrative duties as requested by the management.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years relevant work experience.
- Ability to communicate articulately and work efficiently with all levels internally and externally.
- Receptive and highly adaptable to process changes.
