**Job Description**:

- Accurately and efficiently maintain the financial integrity of the Purchase Ledger of Asia Pacific (AP) Region, ensuring 3-way match is obtained, along with the correct authorisation has been obtained.
- Ensure banking payments of AP region including foreign currency transactions are processed effectively.
- Reconcile monthly supplier statements in a timely manner; Clearing of outstanding issues.
- Process employee expense accounts efficiently, ensuring appropriate approval and compliance with company policy.
- Process weekly payment run and manage the availability of bank authorisers to ensure the payment run can be authorised as required.
- Work with Financial Accountant to ensure sufficient funds are available when making payments & carry out necessary transfers.
- Provide a responsive and effective service to internal customers and external customers and suppliers, at all times in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist and cover appropriate purchase and sales functions.
- Prepare and issue Sales Invoices in a timely manner and with a clarity and accuracy that minimises invoice queries.
- Post all banking and credit card transactions.
- Take a supporting role in the preparation for and conduct of the annual statutory audit.
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of records and alignment to the Nominal Ledger eg prepare relevant balance sheet reconciliations for AP Region.
- Promote continuous improvement and proactively identify opportunities for system and process enhancement.
- Carry out other projects and tasks as directed by the Financial Controller.

**Purpose of the role**:
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Accounting Executive (AE) is responsible for supporting finance processes such as Accounts Payable.

Liaise with all departments to ensure the timely and efficient payment of suppliers and staff’s expenses payment.
