**Job Summary**:
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for APAC sales revenue growth, develop APAC sales strategies and lead sales and business development initiatives in APAC.
- Directly responsible for a team of sales professionals and drive performance and services excellence expectations.
- Make predictable, repeatable and scalable APAC sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Align the sales team objectives with the business strategy through active participation in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy development, sales analysis and resource planning.
- Develop sustainable strategic relationships with key stakeholders across targeted accounts to maximize effectiveness in driving short and long-term account growth and meaningful partnerships.
- Identify go to market strategies and opportunities, build business cases, prioritize and present findings to leadership, and execute strategic projects to enable growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 15 years of sales experience in in computer, server, or hardware industry is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree in Business or Management related is a plus
- Experience working with C-level executives in large fortune companies
- Deep knowledge in server, storage and management solutions, knowledge in Cloud data centers and the enterprise IT environment.
- Great leadership and strong ability of working with and managing people from different functions
- Strong communication skills across multiple disciplines, cultures, and geographies
- Great analytic skills in market and industry research
