Primary Responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned:
Develop strong relationship with architects, consultant, developers, contractors, EPC contractor, business/ project owners to gather information regarding ongoing project, processing and collecting data to put into database from visits into forms, and handover specification information document to sales team for follow up.

Gathering information on competitors’ latest innovations, products and strategies

Provide support for sales team for existing and ongoing projects when required

Prepare and deliver technical presentations, seminars, product demonstration for external or internal purpose

Assist in completing product specification.

Perform weekly or monthly activities & specifications project reports

Provide training to customers in the proper operation of product/ equipment where required.

Perform troubleshooting, installation, service/ maintenance and repairs on designated equipment.

Managing repair parts cycle times.

Develop service technical documentation.

Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.

Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated.

Support the sales team in the region.

Misc. other duties commensurate with the capabilities of a Senior Application Engineer

**Other Skills and Abilities**:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels within an international manufacturing environment.
Strong written and spoken English is a must.
Ability to develop an internal, informal network.
Competitor Analysis
Proficient in the use of standard software packages.
Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast paced and evolving environment, self-motivated, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
