(Chennai's Expat) Financial Controller

**:

- To be base in Chennai, India.**
- Monday to Saturday, 8am to 530pm
- Accomodation, meals, transport return trip for work are provided
- AWS + Variable Bonus
- 11 days home leave for every 9 weeks of work, applicable to people who wants to back to Singapore only (2 way air fare provided)
- 6+ years of cost accounting experience in the electronics, machinery, or heavy industry manufacturing sectors.
- Familiar with engineering management processes and cost control methods.
- Mastered the rental standard calculation method and logic.
- Possess cost accounting and analysis capabilities.
- Proficient in using office software for data analysis.
- Good command of English, conversational & in writing
- Able to accept long-term business trips to India. Overseas experience, especially in India would be advantageous

**Responsibilities**:
**Cost Center Promotion**:

- Maintain the monthly standard cost system.
- Calculate the cost variance rate.
- Master the cost center KPI and assessment principles.
- Calculate the cost savings and KPI ranking of the manufacturing unit cost center.

**Cost Advantage Analysis**:

- According to the cost savings and KPI ranking of the cost center, analyze the cost savings and year-on-year/month-on-month differences.
- Promote manufacturing cost improvement.

**Data Reporting**:

- Integrate product standard cost profit and manufacturing cost center savings status.
- Regularly report to the supervisor for reference and decision-making.

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
