Job Title: Expat Wealth Manager
About the Role:
This role involves providing face-to-face financial advice to high-net-worth individuals, focusing on expat wealth management in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of investment strategies, securities, tax laws, pension plans, real estate, and insurance.
Responsibilities:
  • Analysis of client's financial status, developing value proposition plans based on the understanding of financial data.
  • Build client relationships by developing strategies focused on achieving the client's financial goals through the use of financial and wealth management solutions.
  • Establish long-term relationships with clients to ensure their continued engagement with the organization for wealth management services.
  • Prepare and submit recommendation documents to implement a selected plan.
  • Advise clients on appropriate investment products and financial services/products.
  • Refer clients to other establishments/organizations for services beyond the scope of provided services when applicable.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to revise financial plans based on changing client needs or market conditions.
  • Arrange suitable insurance for clients, recommending coverage amounts and types based on needs analysis.
  • Stay updated on the financial markets, continuously monitoring investments in client portfolios and new investment strategies.
  • Develop and cultivate a client base through ongoing servicing.
  • Attend meetings and continuing education sessions to retain and develop knowledge about products, policies, and acquire required certifications.
  • Deliver presentations/seminars to clients and prospects for business development purposes.
  • Comply with industry rules and regulations.
  • Collaborate with local marketing teams to create individual sales and marketing strategies for cultivating new client relationships.
