**Responsibilities**:
Business Partnership- Key Business Partner to the Senior Director of Global Trade Compliance- Finance lead for strategic projects addressing external factors- Stay updated with global compliance regulations and ensure proper costing changes are evaluated and made in Dell systems to reflect an accurate Duties Standard Cost.

Controllership- Controllership of ~$120M spend across Global Trade Compliance- Focus on improving internal processes to increase forecast accuracy, streamlining process and gain improved visibility to operational drivers- Collaborate with Operations team to deliver productivity savings targets- Coordinate with business controls to ensure no compliance issues and work with business partners on closing MAP’s in a timely manner.

Essential Requirements

Our ideal applicant has;- 5 - 7 years’ experience in a relevant or similar role within a finance function or an excellent graduate profile- a good understanding of financial matters with the ability to work closely with leadership on identifying global market trends that may impact the business and offer solutions to arising concerns- tools and reporting knowledge
- this role will be getting hands on with financial data so someone who can pick tools up quickly and spot errors is key to the success of this role; attention to detail would be a key skillset- the ability to visualize that data - pulling detailed reports, dashboards and visuals to tell the story behind the data to key business stakeholder- communication and collaboration at the core of their work - working within a multicultural organization, ensuring all voices at the table are heard when we are developing our best in class approaches

Desirable Requirements- A background in Trade, logistics and fulfilment would be great - but not essential- Any experience with Automation tools in finance would be of great benefit

**Qualifications**:
- A relevant financial degree or equivalent experience
