
Measurement Lead, Analytical Consultant, App

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in business or media analytics, consulting, financial analysis, software engineering, or another quantitative field.- Experience using SQL to extract and manipulate data, or with other programming or scripting languages such as R, Python, and/or ad tech automation.
Preferred qualifications:
- Cross-channel experience implementing and optimizing mobile app campaigns (e.g., Google Universal App Campaigns (UAC) or other networks).
- Experience consulting with enterprises to influence changes in their resource and budget allocations.
- Experience communicating technical content to a general audience.
- Experience in running Causal/Incrementality study to measure impact and ability to work with limited analytical guidance and to marry data with actionable business insights.
- Knowledge around the attribution ecosystem including third-party Attribution tools or analytical solutions like Google Analytics.
- Detail oriented, ability to quickly complete a large volume of high-quality work and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders internally.

In this role, you will work to optimize the User Acquisition (UA) strategy with Google Ads in the region. You will deliver client engagements on data science/measurement consulting projects (e.g., predicted life time value, event selection, incrementality), lead hypothesis-driven client analysis to surface actionable insights, and develop Google SQL/Google Apps Scripts/Python scripts to enable advanced client reporting and ad tech automation. You will partner with specialists from APAC Apps and Google.

**Responsibilities**:
- Escalate measurement impact internally by upskilling App Development sales growth managers with analytical skills.
- Partner with internal and external product, research, data, and measurement teams to deliver full measurement and data science solutions to customers.
- Lead cross-functional efforts to build and scale tools that allow for automation for faster delivery of insights to stakeholders, or optimization of marketing campaigns. Promote themselves as a measurement expert within their industry external to Google.
- Advise Google clients and agencies on best practices for marketing analytics within the broader context of industry standards and options. Provide ongoing customer consultation on how to implement best practices.
