**Job Title: Marketing Director, South East Asia**

Location: Singapore

Salary range: SGD 4.5 - 10,000K (with performance bonus)

**Responsibilities**:

- Formulate the core cultural concept of the brand and build a brand culture construction and landing system.
- Develop and implement the overall brand promotion strategy, including both online and offline promotions, with a focus on offline promotion.
- Improve and promote brand positioning, brand image, and brand design to establish a strong brand image.
- Coordinate with all functional departments to implement the brand's marketing strategy and achieve brand marketing goals.
- Enhance brand competitiveness and ensure the successful implementation of various brand activities.
- Expand and maintain the company's ecological partners in Southeast Asia.
- Expand the entry of independent brokers on the platform and improve their experience using the commission broker platform.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or above in related fields.
- At least 5 years of working experience and 2 years of which are in channel management, brand planning, advertising, communication, marketing, business development or related fields, with brand marketing experience preferred.
- Strong marketing sources and creative planning ability, with a deep understanding of brand building.
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal coordination, and communication skills, with a strong sense of execution and professional ethics.
- Good logical analysis ability and keen market perception, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong writing skills, with the ability to independently complete strategy, creativity, and proposal planning.
- **Must be fluent in reading Chinese and speaking Manadarin**.
- **At least 2 years of experience in Influencer/KOL management is a must**.
