**What you will do**
As a Senior HR Coordinator, you play a key role as an abler and will be responsible for the full associate’s life cycle process (from onboarding to offboarding), payroll and benefits administration, respond to associate’s queries related to HR matters, update employee's data in HRIS and maintain proper documentation of associates physical and electronic P-files.
**Major responsibilities**:
- Responsible for all payroll related activities such as new employee set up and data maintenance in payroll, leave and overtime systems, manage employee payroll queries and support finance in reporting validation and requirements.
- Prepare monthly payroll input and work with payroll partners (payroll execution vendor & payroll specialist) to ensure accurate and flawless payroll processing
- Responsible for employee benefits program enrolment and synced to payroll.
- Responsible for onboarding and cross border activities for new hire and transferees including immigration, pre-employment medical check-up and Day 1 orientation.
- Be the first point of contact for employee queries on HR-related matters and direct queries to right person in charge.
- Be a main contact person for HR vendors and handling contract, invoice, and payments.
- Provide employee information or reports such as HR metrics, compliance reporting, training tracking, headcount reporting, and file employee documents electronically maintaining and protecting confidentiality
- Be a local expert on Workday and provide coaching to associates and managers, complete processes and reporting when required.
- Support events such as benefits enrollment and Employee Engagement Activities
- Support the HRBP in HR activities including projects, employment relations, employee engagement and HR operations for the region.
- Analyze monthly metrics and data and convert information into actionable items to drive retention, engagement and business decisions.
- Function as HRC Point of contact for APAC with responsibilities such as WD Pro, HR Data Analytics for APAC, HR Operations projects, Simplification & standardization of tools & systems
- As a go-to HR Operations SME for other HR Coordinators in APAC and continue interactions with global stakeholders
**Who you are**
- Bachelor’s degree in related area
- 2 - 3 years of demonstrable experience in HR, and minimum 1 year
- experience in payroll and benefit management
- Excellent interpersonal skills; prioritizing tasks effectively
- Ability to execute flawlessly - attention to details and accuracy
- Self-starter in identifying areas for improvement and taking action
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience in HRIS - Workday preferable
- Able to build a relationship with key partners (Employees + Hiring Manager + HR) in English across the business
- Ability to comfortably work cross-functionally within a matrixed organization
- Flexible to work across multiple time zones
- Must be willing to work in the office at least twice a week be based in manufacturing site located in Tuas at least twice a month.
