As an Associate in the ASEAN Payments Business Management team, you will support the ASEAN Payments Business within the Commercial and Investment Bank (CIB). You will drive strategic initiatives, manage financial goals, and collaborate across functions to deliver business results. Your work will help ensure accurate analytics, financial reporting, and risk management, contributing to the success of our payments business.
Job responsibilities
- Support Payments Business Heads of ASEAN in driving strategic initiatives and financial goals
 - Produce strategic and financial presentations for management meetings, business reviews, and senior management forums
 - Partner across functions to support local regulatory requirements
 - Collaborate with Planning & Analysis team for timely and accurate business analytics, financials, and forecasts
 - Perform gap and variance analysis on key revenue drivers; identify revenue improvement opportunities
 - Partner with business managers from other Lines of Business to leverage synergies and drive business agenda
 - Project manages existing and new business or finance initiatives at regional or global level
 - Partner closely with functional groups to support risk and control agenda
 - Provide proactive and tactical support to the wider Payments Management Team as required
 
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's Degree
 - Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, business management, or finance in the financial services industry
 - Strong knowledge of Liquidity, Cash Management, and Trade Finance, including product offering and revenue drivers
 - Experience managing senior stakeholders
 - Experience creating business reviews and senior presentation material
 - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
 - High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
 - Excellent presentation skills; ability to translate complex data for management
 - Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills
 - Strong team player with high work ethics
 
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Familiarity with US and ASEAN regulations
 - Experience working with audit and compliance
 - Experience in financial services within a global organization
