**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform customer service duties at the reception counter such as handling of phone calls and walk in enquiries.
- Print examination papers, assessment papers, worksheets and other materials.
- Record incoming and outgoing mail.
- Assist requests from students and staffs of the school.
- Filing of documents.
- Handle other administrative duties as assigned.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- At least GCE ‘N’ level.
- Good Customer Service skills.
- Experienced in handling administrative works.
- Computer Literacy eg. Microsoft office (MS Word and MS Excel).

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,300.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
