Job Description & Requirements

Responsiblities:
Senior Site supervisor for CONDO ( Design & Build ) project.

Manage construction activities and progress independently.

Supervise and lead a team of workers and sub-contractor to perform on site work.

Resolve site problems encountered during the construction period.

Prepare daily progress report and work schedule.

Responsible for site manpower and materials planning.

Good knowledge of reading specifications and building drawings.

Monitoring and control of contract works to ensure compliance with technical specifications, code of practice, scope of work and to enforce safety regulations.

Relavant Experience in Plumbing & Sanitary ( Condo Projects
- Design and Build)

**Requirements**:
At least 5 Year(s) of on-site working experience.

Highly proactive attitude, self-motivated, team player, strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Keen desire to learn, contribute, advance and progress with the company.

Related cert like (BCA M&E Supervisor Cert/ Lifting/ Confined Accessor Cert)

Basic + OT around $4700
