Job Description

As a Senior Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of construction projects, ensuring timely completion and maintaining quality control. You will work closely with the project team to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise site operations to ensure compliance with contract specifications and drawings.
  • Monitor progress and quality control, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the project team to resolve queries and coordinate works with other contractors.
  • Ensure accurate records of all works are kept, including defect lists and rectification works.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a Polytechnic or equivalent.
  • A minimum of five years' relevant experience as a Senior Site Supervisor, with at least two years in supervision of works similar in nature.
  • Shift work experience, including night shifts.
  • A valid RTO (M&E) Certification accredited by IES.
