Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction of various projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

The Senior Site Supervisor will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of site supervisors and coordinating their work to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Inspecting sites regularly to identify potential issues and implement solutions.
  • Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve design and technical issues.
  • Maintaining accurate records of site activities, including safety incidents and quality control measures.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Registration as a Resident Technical Officer with the relevant authorities.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a site supervisor, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • National Certification in Construction Supervision from a recognized institution.
