Sales Development Representative

We are looking for an ambitious and adaptable team player to join our channel sales team in Singapore. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first sales contact that a prospective customer has with Asana, and this role will be instrumental in powering the Asana revenue engine through innovation & energy, consistently scaling our business, and maximizing value for our customers. This is a great opportunity for someone with multilingual expertise to have a regional impact by helping to launch Asana's presence in strategic markets within APAC. In this role, you can learn the fundamentals of Asana's channel sales motions, work with a product-centric team, and help build out a new function for our APAC team.
**What you'll achieve**
- Educate new and existing users about the value of Asana
- Maintain active engagement with prospects using creative follow-up communication
- Efficiently manage a high volume of both outbound and inbound communications
- Conduct qualification meetings with new customers for Asana's network of Channel Partners
- Ensure a seamless hand-off of leads and appointments to Asana's Channel Partners
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain daily activity and prospect information in Salesforce
- Analyze sales data to recommend new outreach strategies and improve on lead filtering and segmentation
- Meet & exceed monthly and quarterly targets & objectives
**About you**
- Knowledgeable about research-driven prospecting and lead generation methodologies
- Experience with pipeline management and the sales qualification process
- A clear and confident communicator with a deep sense of empathy and a commitment to integrity
- Excellent writing skills with attention to grammar and tone
- 1-2 years of customer-facing experience, ideally in sales and/or channel, with an interest in growing your sales career
- Based in Singapore; multilingual proficiency in either Korean or Mandarin
- Knowledge or experience dealing with Korean or Mandarin speaking clients preferred
- Experience with Salesforce and an understanding of channel sales models preferred
- Comfort in an analytical, fast-growing SaaS sales organizations and/or startup experience is desirable
