Changi Airport Group (CAG) is the owner and operator of Singapore Changi Airport, a leading air hub in Asia and one of the world’s most awarded airports. CAG performs the key functions of airport operations, air hub development, retail and commercial activities, infrastructure development and airport emergency services. CAG also manages Seletar Airport, and through its subsidiary, Changi Airports International, takes on consultancy projects and investments in foreign airports. Given the spectrum of business activities, CAG needs to properly and effectively manage risk through different means, including insurance.

As part of the insurance team within the Legal & Compliance Division, you will support the management of the insurance portfolio. This role will entail managing operational insurances to protect organisational assets, reduce financial impact of incidents and minimise business interruptions. You will also have the opportunity to work on project insurances in support of CAG’s developmental and infrastructure projects. The role will necessitate you to work closely with key stakeholders across the organisation to understand needs, negotiate contractual insurance obligations with third parties, facilitate risk surveys as well as support payment, claims management and documentation.

**Requirements**:

- You should have a good degree and preferably with 3 years of relevant work experience in general insurance, risk management or claims management
- You should be analytical and systems-minded, solutions oriented and numerate
- As you would need to negotiate extensively and interface with stakeholders, good communication skills, both written and spoken will be required
- You should be driven, optimistic and be keen to work as part of a closely knit team
- You should be proficient in basic MS office software, and preferably know Power automate and Power BI
