**Job Highlights**

5-day work week

Immediate position + full time permanent position

**Responsibilities**
- Handle full set of accounts
- Handle accounting duties such as ledger, account receivable, account payable and other data entry
- Handle yearly/half yearly invoicing, entry of account transactions, bank reconciliation, payments etc.
- Handle staff payroll matters and CPF submission
- Review payments and fees, preparing payments to suppliers and staff on a timely basis.
- Monitor accounts receivables payables.
- Preparation and closing of monthly statement of accounts and annual financial statements (FRS) on a timely basis
- Preparation and submission of annual tax returns and quarterly GST returns.
- Annual submission of staff income tax for through AIS (Auto-Inclusion Scheme) system.
- Compilation of financial statements in the full XBRL format
- Back up of Group financial accountant.
- Any other ad-hoc admin matters.

**Qualifications**
- Min Diploma/Certificate in book keeping/accounting
- At least 3 years’ experience in accounting work/functions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and bookkeeping software (MYOB)
- Able to handle accounts independently and provide admin support.
- Organised, meticulous & able to work within deadlines
