Assistant Manager, Singhealth Duke-nus Transplant

You will support and facilitate service transformation projects, driving the projects from conception, design to execution. You will also need to be able to translate and use appropriate tools when executing design thinking. You will co-lead selected service transformation projects that require close guidance of stakeholders and communicate with other service centers to ensure a seamless process transformation across functions such as inpatient and outpatient facilities.
You will facilitate the development of new services, which includes supporting the development of various key work streams such as clinical management, work processes, manpower, data analysis as well as financial projections and budgeting. You will conceptualise and write papers to support the project as it develops. You will convey key highlights and messages to senior management and drive meeting agendas with stakeholders and be familiar with clinical concepts, terms and hospital processes.
You will lead communications by delivering key messages of transplant initiatives and philanthropic efforts both within and beyond SingHealth, targeting healthcare professionals, patients and the community. You will drive initiatives and be an advocate for organ donation and transplantation. You will communicate SDTC projects to various programmes and different stakeholders to ensure alignment of intent across various projects.
You will co-facilitate Quality or Process improvement projects and support deliverables to aid the SDTC’s goal of being a centre of excellence. You will also support the development or improvements to internal and financial processes and structure.
As part of the SingHealth Transplant EXCO, you will put in place KPIs, policies and initiatives to ensure that the objectives set for SingHealth Transplant are met. You will also be involved in manpower planning and staff development to meet operational requirements. Crucially, you are expected to behave in a manner consistent with SingHealth’s core values. You are also expected to lead, engage and nurture your team in line with SingHealth’s Leadership values

**Job Requirements**
- Degree in any discipline, preferably in Life Sciences or Data Science
- At least 6 years of experience, preferably in healthcare
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Passionate about learning and eager to bring about improvement
- Driven and independent
- Pro-active and willing to take on challenges
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
