Company Secretary Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Handle a portfolio of corporate secretarial matters clients including preparation and review of directors' resolutions and preparation of materials for meetings (minutes recording, drafting of resolutions etc.)
- Lodgement of statutory returns with ACRA
- Updating minute books and registers
- Liaising, providing information to and updating management, directors and auditors
Requirements:
- Degree holder
- Knowledge in the Company secretary work
- Knowledge of ACRA website and the e-filing requirements in Bizfile
- 2-5 years relevant experiences is a plus Fresh graduated is also welcome
Other:
- ATTRACTIVE Remuneration/ Salary to commensurate with experience and competence
- 5 days work week
- House training will be provided
