Role Overview

The Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and driving delivery of technology, data solutions, and associated support services across a portfolio of customer account(s). This leadership position is within our Work Dynamics Technology Group and is aligned to our global Integrated Delivery Management (IDM) function, serving as the delivery excellence link between the customer, JLL Technologies, and JLL’s Work Dynamics (WD) business stakeholders.

The role involves optimizing technology outcomes, orchestrating delivery efforts, leveraging global delivery execution teams, and coordinating technology delivery engagements across the full account life cycle.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage overall service delivery and business success across the portfolio of Client accounts.
  • Ensure overall technology delivery success by aligning delivery performance with contractual scope of services and service level agreements.
  • Oversee resource management processes including forecasting, managing supply and demand, and resource assignments.
  • Ensure performance of assigned technology resources meets/exceeds expectations, addressing performance issues as needed.
  • Partner with sales, Client Growth, and Account Directors/Exec leaders to drive opportunities for account growth and renewals.
  • Provide inputs and/or author Statements of Work (SOW) and Scope of Services documents.
  • Navigate contracts to protect JLL’s business interests and mitigate risks in delivery engagements.
  • Facilitate the transition from the sales/solution phases to delivery/kickoff phases.
  • Coordinate project performance during implementation/transition phases with Project and Program Managers.
  • Maintain team performance during operational and support phases with Operations and Support Managers.
  • Ensure governance processes, controls, and best practices are utilized on assigned customer accounts.
  • Manage financial targets, including tech revenue, profitability, and budgets.
  • Serve as an escalation point for delivery-related issues and risks, leading resolution efforts.

Account Specific Requirements:

  • Bring thought leadership on technology innovation and digital transformation to Client and Account teams.
  • Lead process optimization and redesign using design thinking methodologies.
  • Drive the digitalization of FM processes through user research and implementation of digital solutions.
  • Maintain and support on-account technology systems and manage existing dashboards.

Role Requirements

  • Demonstrated accountability for team performance and results.
  • Ability to resolve technical, operational, and organizational problems.
  • Provide technical guidance to employees and stakeholders.
  • In-depth understanding of systems and practices across varied technology delivery engagements.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree and over 5 years of business and technical delivery experience.
  • Familiarity with the corporate real estate world and related technologies.
