The Employer Branding (EB) team
Helps candidates understand who we are as an employer. We partner with internal stakeholders to guide candidates from awareness to hire and ensure positive employee experiences.

About the Role

We seek a data-driven Employer Brand Associate to manage reporting for our channels, evolve our career sites, and enhance the candidate experience. This role combines a passion for Employer Branding with an analytical mindset, involving cross-functional collaboration from concept to completion.

Responsibilities
  1. Proactively monitor external channels for negative trends and impactful reviews.
  2. Establish processes to flag critical conversations and escalate as necessary.
  3. Manage regular reporting for external channels, including company ratings and trends on recruitment platforms.
  4. Identify recurring concerns or opportunities for improvement in feedback.
  5. Develop and own the strategic roadmap for our career sites, aligning with recruitment goals and brand initiatives.
  6. Drive ongoing optimization of site functionality, design, and accessibility based on data insights.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
  1. 5+ years of experience in employer branding, marketing, communications, or related fields.
  2. Strategic thinker with a track record in project management and translating business goals into strategy and execution.
  3. Hands-on with operational work.
  4. Strong collaborator and communicator capable of building relationships globally.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree and above.
  2. Mandarin skills preferred for collaboration with global teams.
