Overview Senior Crude Operations Executive role at Achieve Group. Our client is a well established commodities MNC in the APAC region seeking a seasoned Operations professional to join the Crude Oil team. Responsibilities Manage cargo operations in line with Sales/Purchase contracts and charter party terms. Coordinate vessel nominations and cargo/date range declarations with terminals and counterparties. Oversee shipping operations for chartered vessels, ensuring smooth execution. Ensure all required financial securities and guarantees are properly arranged. Appoint and liaise with independent inspectors, expeditors, and ship agents. Track vessel movements and monitor terminal berthing schedules closely. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve efficient, cost-effective operations. Maintain accurate and timely updates of contractual and operational data in company systems. Verify invoices for payments and price settlements. Ensure timely completion of month-end closing activities. Build and sustain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders; occasional travel may be required. Remain available to respond promptly to urgent operational matters requiring resolution or escalation. Requirements Bachelor's degree or Polytechnic Diploma in a relevant discipline. At least 4 years of experience in cargo trading operations. Familiarity with paper hedging is advantageous. Prior experience in crude arbitrage and AG operations is preferred.
