Delivering Exceptional Patient Experience
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled professional to administer pre-admission, admission, and discharge processes for patients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and be able to effectively communicate with patients, doctors, insurance companies, and third parties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate information capture in the system and patient understanding of processes and bills.
- Perform financial counselling, including explanations of bill estimations and usage of Medishield Life/Medisave/private medical insurance claims.
- Collect deposits and payments through various modes and prepare insurance claims.
- Handle enquiries and queries on admission, discharge bills/claims, and manage third-party payer relations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Possess a degree or diploma in any discipline.
- Exhibit good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
