Inspect and Analyze with Precision

The role involves operating various inspection equipment, including air leak testers, dimensional measurement tools, and Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) systems. You will analyze inspection data to identify defect rates and determine potential root causes.

  • This position requires hands-on experience operating inspection equipment and proficiency in using advanced dimensional inspection tools like Hexagon Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs), Optical Measuring Machines (OMMs), surface roughness testers, gloss meters, and colorimeters.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in CAD and 3D modeling software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite for data analysis, reporting, and technical documentation.

You will work closely with the team to provide on-site support by referencing Manufacturing Quality Engineering (MQE) data, product specifications, Design for Manufacturing (DFM) guidelines, and Manufacturing Standard Operating Procedures (MSOPs).
