Job Title: Quality Technician

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Technician to perform quality inspection and analysis on non-conformity (NC) and return merchandise authorization (RMA) material.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough quality inspections and analyses of NC and RMA material to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Investigate the root cause of NC issues and execute disposition on the Oracle system.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the disposition of NC/RMA material.
  • Compile and submit weekly and monthly reports on key performance indicators, including ICOS, Lasermark, NC, RMA, internal requests, shipments, and orders.
  • Participate in the monthly scrap exercise, involving material scanning, verification, and handover.
Requirements:
  • Hold a National ITE Certificate or Diploma in Electronic/Electrical Engineering.
  • Possess 1-3 years of experience in handling NC and RMA materials, preferably in a semiconductor test facility environment.
  • Be proficient in the operation of inspection equipment.
  • Have prior experience working in production/engineering environments.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
