Compliance Consultant
to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the appointed RQI with ACRA, fulfilling statutory obligations under the ACRA regulatory framework.
  • Ensure compliance with
    AML/CFT (Anti-Money Laundering/Countering the Financing of Terrorism)
    requirements, including customer due diligence (CDD), enhanced due diligence (EDD), ongoing monitoring, and suspicious transaction reporting (STR).
  • Develop, implement, and oversee the firm's internal policies, procedures, and controls (IPPC) to meet ACRA's compliance standards.
  • Conduct periodic internal reviews and staff training on regulatory obligations.
  • Advise management and staff on compliance matters, keeping updated on changes in legislation and ACRA requirements.
  • Liaise with ACRA and other regulators when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation.

Requirements

  • Currently approved by ACRA as Registered Qualified Individual (RQI)
  • Strong knowledge of ACRA regulations, the CSP framework, AML/CFT laws, and related compliance requirements. Training will be provided.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in corporate secretarial, compliance, or regulatory roles.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
