- 2 years contract (renewable) - $3,000 - $3,500 - Mon - Fri: 8am - 5.30pm - Depot Road Job Responsibilities: Manage a team of Customer Service Officers to provide timely and accurate responses to queries received via email and telephone. Understand the relevant policies and provide guidance to team members on complex cases. Handle escalated cases or perform service recovery if necessary. Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure holistic service delivery. Perform quality assurance checks and maintain quality service standards. Perform data analysis to identify trends and propose initiatives to improve service delivery.
