Job Responsibilities Analyse, design and implement technological solutions for transaction banking processes in alignment with business requirements Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in both technology and functional aspects related to CASA and/or Lending operations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system enhancements, ensuring seamless integration with existing banking systems Evaluate and optimize workflows, proposing and implementing process improvements for efficiency and risk mitigation Provide technical guidance to internal teams and external vendors, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement Conduct regular training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of transaction banking tools and systems Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies impacting cash management and provide strategic insights to management Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, facilitating clear communication and understanding of requirements on both sides Perform system testing, troubleshooting and provide post-implementation support for transaction banking solutions Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure the implementation of robust security measures for transaction banking systems Job Requirements Degree in a Finance, or IT related discipline Proven experience in a techno-functional role within the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on CASA and/or Lending Strong understanding of transaction banking processes, liquidity management and treasury operations Proficiency in relevant technologies, such as banking platforms, CASA/lending systems and financial software Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Effective communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Familiarity with regulatory compliance and risk management practices in the banking sector Project management experience, including the ability to lead and execute initiatives from conception to completion Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
